NBA Picks of the Week

The NBA betting picks here have a couple great plays for Wednesday and another solid sports bet on Thursday to get the week flowing. A great start is the Cavaliers invading Madison Square Garden before a positive cash flow opportunity late Wednesday night when Golden State travels to LA LA land. I saved the best for last on Thursday night in Toronto where you should be pleased with the results!

NBA Picks of the Week

Cleveland Cavaliers (13-5) at New York Knicks (11-9)
When:  Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 7:00 pm ET
Where: Madison Square Garden, New York, NY
TV: ESPN

Analysis: The Cavaliers were hot winning 6 of 7 games before their recent 3 game losing streak including the last 2 losses to the LA Clippers and Chicago Bulls. Lebron James had a down game against the Clippers but shot back up to a 27 point and 13 assist performance versus the Bulls solidifying his 9.3 per game assists average, his NBA best thus far.

Cleveland hasn't been very money on the road only going 2-5 against the spread this year, and they are even worse at 1-6 ATS playing a team with a winning record like the Knicks. The Knicks have 3 wins in a row, and with Derrick Rose finding his consistent groove New York should improve the 8-3 record ATS at home hosting the Cavs.

Golden State (17-3) at LA Clippers (16-6)
When:  Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 10:30 pm ET
Where: STAPLES Center, Los Angeles, CA
TV: ESPN

Analysis: This game will be full of superstars both on the court and in the audience when the Western Conference leading Warriors bring their game to take on the Clippers and one of the hottest NBA players right now in Chris Paul. The Clippers seem to have found their way to winning NBA bets after a 3 game losing streak hiccup.

After a game off for rest, JJ Redick should be all fired up to resume where he left off making up for any Blake Griffin deficiencies which are minimal.

Golden State is coming to Los Angeles at the right time for the Clippers to take advantage of them which doesn't happen often. The Warriors lost 2 of their last 3 games against the spread and shot in the low 40 percentile field goal range in 2 of those also. This will be an LA Clippers cover against the betting pointspread if not a straight up win also.

Minnesota Timberwolves (6-14) at Toronto Raptors (14-6)
When:  Thursday, Dec. 8 at 8:00 pm ET
Where: Air Canada Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
TV: TNT

Analysis: The leading offensive scoring team in the Atlantic Division, Toronto Raptors, are on quite a roll as they come into hosting duties for the unfortunate Timberwolves this Thursday night in Toronto. They should also be well rested considering all starters rested most of the 4th quarter in their 44 point blowout of the Atlanta Hawks.

The Timberwolves are going to find some mighty tough going trying to contain either Kyle Lowry or DeMar DeRozan, who are powering Toronto to the 3rd ranked offense in the NBA. The Raptors solid 14-5 record against the NBA betting spread this year is only going to get better as they improve a 7-3 home record ATS when Minnesota shows up this week.
