Kansas State Wildcats head coach Bill Snyder continues to amaze as one of the top head coaches of all time in college football as he face a massive roster makeover that followed his 2012 Big 12 Championship and after a 2-4 start he rallied the Cats to a final mark of 8-5 straight up, 8-5 against the spread, and with a 31-14 bowl win over Michigan. Kansas State used its usual formula for success with a defense that improved over the course of the season to finish 26th in the country. Snyder will now have an experienced and well drilled team for the 2014 season with high expectations.

Opener and September

The Kansas State Wildcats will open the 2014 college football season with a home game at Bill Snyder Family Stadium against the Stephen F. Austin Jacks which will quickly be followed by the Big 12 Conference opener at the Iowa State Cyclones on Saturday, September 6. Following a bye week the Kansas State Wildcats will have a major Thursday night ESPN non-conference showcase home game against the Auburn Tigers. The UTEP Miners will visit the Kansas State Wildcats on Saturday, September 27.

October

The Kansas State Wildcats will host the Texas Tech Red Raiders on Saturday, October 4 followed by an open date. The Oklahoma Sooners will host the Kansas State Wildcats on Saturday, October 18 before the Wildcats return home for back to back games at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The Kansas State Wildcats will host the Texas Longhorns on Saturday, October 25 to open the homestand and end October.

November Finale

The Kansas State Wildcats will host the Oklahoma State Cowboys on Saturday, November 1 followed by an away game at the TCU Horned Frogs on Saturday, November 8. Following a bye week the Kansas State Wildcats are at the West Virginia Mountaineers on Thursday, November 20. The Sun Flower Showdown and Senior Day home finale takes place on Saturday, November 29 against the Kansas Jayhawks with the season finale at the Baylor Bears taking place on Saturday, December 6.
