2014 BNP Paribas Open Predictions and Odds to Win

2014 BNP Paribas Open

The BNP Paribas Open begins on Thursday at Indian Wells with all of the top men’s tennis players in the world expected in the field. This ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event has a field that is just as good as what is seen in a Grand Slam event. All of the Top 20 players in the world are expected to play. A total of 96 players will be competing in the tournament. Let’s look at the BNP Paribas Open and tennis predictions.

It has not been that long since the Australian Open and this event will seem like a Grand Slam with all of the top players in the world in the field. Last year’s winner Rafael Nadal and 2011 winner Novak Djokovic will be the two favorites to win the BNP Paribas Open. Nadal has won this event three times, in 2007, 2009 and last year while Djokovic won it in 2008 and in 2011. Roger Federer has won the event four times including in 2012 but he will be an underdog in this tournament as there are five players ranked ahead of him in the world rankings.

Tennis Predictions

It is hard to go against Nadal the way he is playing but I will take Djokovic to win this tournament. David Ferrer could also be worth a look in this event especially if he reached the semifinals as he could be an underdog in the tennis odds.
