The Talladega Superspeedway offers some of the most exciting but dangerous racing in the Sprint Cup Series as cars are often packed into bunches in which the probability of a multi-car wreck known as “the big one” has everyone holding their breath throughout the race. On the flip side cars need drafting partners to push them to victory which makes for what many believe is fake racing. The Aaron’s 499 from Talladega Superspeedway will run on Sunday with coverage on FOX set to start at 1 PM ET.

The Talladega Super Speedway is host to two out of the four restrictor plate races on the Sprint Cup circuit each year with the NASCAR odds. It is 2.66 miles in length with steep turn banks of at least 33 degrees in each turn and a tri-oval configuration.
