Why Bet on the Rams?

The Rams have already clinched the NFC West. With only four weeks left in the regular season, teams usually start to slow things down and turn their sights on the playoffs and the Super Bowl.

That said, head coach Sean McVay is unlikely to take that route and will push his team further down the warpath. Considering the New Orleans Saints are hot on their heels for the No. 1 seed in the NFC, you won’t see any quarter given in this game.

Why Bet on the Bears?

The Bears saw their five-game winning streak snapped having lost to the Giants on Sunday, 30-27. Though Chicago managed to push the game into overtime, it was pretty much a trap game for them.

Quarterback Mitchell Trubisky sat out for the second game in a row due to a shoulder injury. But, Trubisky will likely play in this game as it’s clear backup Chase Daniel is not up to snuff and is the Bears’ main liability.

Against the Rams, Chicago’s defense will bear the burden of staying in the game. However, Khalil Mack will have to work extra hard to slow down the Rams’ fantastic offense.

Rams vs. Bears Betting Trends

  • LA Rams are 1-3-1 ATS in its last 5 games
  • LA Rams are 11-1 SU in its last 12 games
  • LA Rams are 8-1 SU in its last 9 games on the road
  • Chicago is 5-1 ATS in its last 6 games
  • Chicago is 5-1 SU in its last 6 games
  • The total has gone OVER in 4 of Chicago's last 5 games

Game Predictions: The Bears need Trubisky to play if they’re going to have a shot against L.A. If the inexperienced Daniel leads Chicago’s offense, Aaron Donald will have a field day and it’ll be a nightmare game for the Bears. In any case, the chances are the Rams will be unforgiving.

Pick: Rams SU
