Who’s Playing in the 2019 Pro Bowl?

There are a few differences in this game’s rules which may make give it a greater appeal for betting it.

The majority of changes are meant to protect the players. Things like there being no kickoffs in the game, two-minute warnings after each quarter, and the absence of quarterback blitzing.
