The Indiana Pacers are a professional NBA basketball team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Pacers compete in the NBA as a member of the Eastern Conference, Central Division. They rebounded to qualify for the playoffs for five consecutive seasons, between 2016 and 2020, losing all in the first round. Since 2020 they have been in a rebuilding stage, finishing under .500 in both 2021 and 2022.
