Claiming this Super Bowl Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules:

1. This promotion is intended for participation by recreational players only and is not valid for use in conjunction with other promotions, offers, sales, and/or discounts.
2. This promotion is non-transferable.
3. All entrants must be legal US residents living in the Intercontinental US, at least 18 years of age, and have a valid driver's license to be deemed eligible to win any prizes.
4. Recent withdrawals must be replenished before bonus eligibility.
5. This promotion will only apply to deposits received via suitable cash payment methods. Credit card deposits do not apply. Please consult our sales department for instructions on making an eligible deposit using this offer.
6. Unused promotional credits, bonus, free plays and free bets will expire and be revoked after 90 days.

Super Bowl Car Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Grand Prize: The Tesla Model Y Performance, all-electric powered, compact SUV, automatic car with an autopilot feature designed to assist you, a long range battery, a dual motor all-wheel drive and an acceleration that with rollout subtracted goes from 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds.  The exact color and specifications offered may vary subject to availability at time of the vehicle’s purchase.
2. During the course of our Super Bowl Giveaway period which goes from June 15, 2023 to Super Bowl Sunday, February 11, 2024, customers will be entitled to receiving one (1) entry for every $300 USD deposit.
3. If the customer follows one or more of the available offers of our Early Bird Special that goes from June 22, 2023 to August 20, 2023, he/she can multiply the entries up to four (4) by taking advantage of the offer.
4. The normal amount of entry/entries will be added automatically to your account by our system.
5. Clients are encouraged and required to manually submit all their available entries using the Lucky Draw contest system, under their own personal account, only. 
6. The user must complete the following steps: 1) log in to his/her account, 2) Deposit $300 USD or more, 3) Claim your extra Giveaway entry, PLUS $50 Two Team Parlay 5) Click on the "Lucky Draw" tab 6) Select your three (3) favorite, lucky double digit combination of numbers (1-27) 7) Click "Submit".
7.  Lucky Draw System selection will be open from June 22, 2023 until Super Bowl Giveaway kickoff Sunday, February 11, 2024, 6:30 pm ET / 4:30 pm (PST).
8. All contest entries must be received before Super Bowl kickoff at 6:30 pm (ET).
9. Entries submitted after the cut off time will not be accepted.
10. The winning combination of numbers will be announced on our website on Super Bowl day, February 13, 2024.
11. Please note that all entries are non-transferable. 
12. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in connection with accepting or using a prize or participating in this promotion, except for any loss liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. We are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes or misusing any prizes.
14. By participating in the Super Bowl Contest, each entrant acknowledges that his/her entry in the raffle constitutes the entrant's consent for the Contest Sponsor to use, publish, reproduce, and for all purposes, including publicity, promotion, and advertising, in any media (including without limitation, the Internet, television or offline promotions), each winners name, voice, likeness, and any portion thereof, each extending throughout the universe and in perpetuity without further compensation, credit or right of review or approval, except where prohibited by law.
15. Customers with recent cash withdrawals will need to replenish said funds before being deemed eligible to claim the benefits of new free play and cash bonuses.
16. We reserve the right to make the final judgment on all matters on the NFL Super Bowl Giveaway 2024, including the right to change or modify the rules or prizes or to discontinue or extend the raffle without prior notice. Any changes will be immediately published on the competition's home page.
17. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value. 
18. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any entry and disqualify any entrant who forged, manipulated, hacked, or tampered with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
19. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. This includes cash, for any prize, for any reason.
20. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in connection with accepting or using a prize or participating in this promotion, except for any loss liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. We are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes or misusing any prizes.
22. Employees of the Sponsoring Company, their influencers, or affiliates involved in this contest, and members of the immediate families of such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term immediate family includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, and any other person residing in the same household whether or not related.

Winner Terms and Conditions

1. Any dishonored payment will invalidate a participant's entry and disqualify him/her from winning any prize.
2. Images that portray the prize are only for display purposes and may not depict exact details.
3. We reserve the right to determine an alternate winner if a winner is disqualified.
4. Winners will be contacted by a representative of the Sponsor to be informed about their prize. If, for any reason, and after one calendar month, we cannot reach the winner through the available contact means, he/she will forfeit said prize.
5. When the prize is collected, the winner will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of entry into the competition. All entrants are solely and entirely responsible for providing and maintaining the Sponsor with accurate contact information.
6. Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner agrees that they must have photo(s) and/or video(s) taken for promotional purposes directly after their win and that this material can be used in any future promotional material.
7. Any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other government assessments or the costs associated with obtaining pertinent documents required will be the sole responsibility of each winner. Winners shall also be responsible for any license, title, insurance, registration fees, and all operation and maintenance costs associated with the automobile.
8. We reserve the right to determine an alternate winner if a winner is disqualified.
9. The Super Bowl Giveaway winner will be posted on the Super Bowl Giveaway landing page in BetPhoenix 24 to 48 hours after the draw.

About the Draw Terms and Conditions

1. All qualifying deposits of $300 or more, will grant you an entry to this contest.
2. The draw will take place on Monday February 12, 2024, after Super Bowl Sunday and it will be posted on the Super Bowl LVIII Giveaway landing page by 5:00 p.m. E.T.
3. To make the entry effective, you must log into your BetPhoenix account, click on "Lucky Draw" and select your favorite numbers or click the random selection.
4. Participants must select three (3) numbers from 1 to 27. Once you have the numbers, we'll review the combinations to see if there's a perfect match between the drawn number and your selection. 
5. If there’s no winning combination, we'll move forward on the next combination of numbers until we get a winning combination.
6. Clients are encouraged and required to manually submit all their available entries using the Lucky Draw contest system, under their own personal account, only. 

Social Media Free Extra Entries Terms and Conditions

1. You must have at least one hundred (100) followers on the platform of your choice (Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
2. If you have a private account, you must send us a screenshot respectively to our social media account showing that you share the Early Bird pinned post on your story (on Instagram and Facebook) or in your feed (on Twitter). Note: in case of Instagram and Facebook the story needs to be showing a minimum of twenty-three (23) hours since posted it.
