The first step is to examine the betting odds and determine the teams competing. Next, choose your wager type and amount, then let the dice roll.
Find the most common bet types below:
The handicap or point spread is expressed as pk or pk and -0.5 for the favorite team and pk and +0.5 for the underdog. You must choose the winner in the pk or 'pick' phase. If it has a 0.5 next to it, it implies your ticket has been split into two halves, with the second portion requiring them to win by that amount for your bet to win.
Moneyline or 1×2 bets are straightforward. Select either the home team to win, the visiting team to win, or the game to finish in a draw.
NOTE: Next to each option, the American odds will show you how much you can win and how much of a favorite or underdog that team is.
Goal-line, commonly known as the Over/Under totals, is a line set by the oddsmakers that anticipate the total number of goals scored. You can wager on the over if you believe more goals will be scored than the sportsbook's line or the under if you believe there will be fewer.
2022 Champions League final preview
English Premier League Liverpool will face Spanish LaLiga Real Madrid in the 2022 Champions League final on May 28 in Paris, France.
Liverpool overcame a rough start against dangerous rival Villarreal to get their ticket to the final. The Reds won the match up 3-2 after losing 0-2 by halftime. Liverpool won all six games in the group stage and finished top of Group B to make the knock-out Round.
Liverpool beat Inter Milan in the Round of 16 with a 2-1 aggregate and Benfica in the Semi-finals with a 6-4 aggregate.
With odds of -105, the Reds are the current favorites to win the tournament. They have six trophies to their name, the most recent being the UEFA Champions League final in the 2018-19 season. Can they repeat the feat this year?
On the other hand, Real Madrid pulled off an impossible comeback in stoppage time. Rodrigo scored twice in the 90th and 91st minute before Karim Benzema scored in extra time to give Real Madrid the improbable victory.
This is not Madrid's first comeback through group stage or knock-out rounds. Madrid had impressive climbs against Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea to help the club get to this unlikely spot.
Real Madrid, the club with the most UCL titles in history (13), comes in with odds at +260 to win as they look to lift the trophy for the 14th time. Can they continue the magic and secure a win?

How does the Champions League work?
Each European league qualifies a set number of teams for the Champions League. This number might range from one to four teams, depending on the league's quality. In addition, certain teams must compete in qualifiers to enter the event, whereas higher-ranked teams are positioned directly into the competition group stage.
The group stages begin after the qualifying is completed, where the competition splits into two parts. The first part is the Group Stage, in which 32 teams are drawn into eight groups of four teams. Each side plays six games (three home and three away), and the group winners and runners-up advance. The second part is the Knock-Out Stage teams are drawn again to determine the pairings to play in a double-legged (home and away) match for the Round of 16. After that, the winners will advance into the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and final game.
Note: The final is a one-match contest.
