BetPhoenix.ag reserves the right to update this list at any time based on:

  • Changes in international sanctions
  • Changes in Anjouan regulatory directives
  • Changes in country-level gambling laws
  • Internal compliance assessments

Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing BetPhoenix.ag does not violate the laws of their country of residence. Any attempt to bypass regional restrictions (including the use of VPNs or proxy technology) may result in account suspension, voided bets, and forfeiture of funds.

To maintain an active status consistent with recreational standards, players are expected to demonstrate regular engagement—generally reflected by placing approximately ten (10) wagers per week. 3. Your Account

3.1 Account Registration

3.2 Duplicate Accounts

Only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and bonuses or winnings forfeited.

You are automatically opted in to receive marketing emails and SMS messages. You may opt out at any time as described in the Marketing Opt-Out section.

3.6 Account Activity & Fair Play

You agree not to perform:

  • Unlawful activities, including money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing.
  • Arbitrage or syndicate play
  • Sole exploitation of derived markets (props, quarters, live betting)

To protect game integrity, BetPhoenix.ag may review accounts that demonstrate disproportionate wagering exclusively on derived markets. This review may occur before withdrawals are processed.

BetPhoenix reserves the right to monitor account activity and suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activities.

3.7 Prohibited Use of Bots

The use of bots, automated systems, or any software that interacts with BetPhoenix's services is strictly prohibited. Accounts using such systems will be immediately suspended or terminated, and bets placed will be voided. BetPhoenix reserves the right to take further legal action.

The company is licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Gaming Commission under License No. ALSI-202509042-FI1, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

All gaming and betting activities offered through this website are conducted under the authority of this license. Accordingly, these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to their interpretation or execution, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anjouan.
