The 2022-2023 season is the Dallas Cowboys' 63rd in the NFL and third under head coach Mike McCarthy. The Cowboys attempt to improve their 12–5 record from the previous season and become the first team to repeat as NFC East champions since the 2004 Philadelphia Eagles. The Dallas Cowboys have hosted their home games at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX, since 2009. A modern retractable roof stadium with a capacity for up to 100,000 people. It is colloquially known as 'Jerry World' after Jerry Wayne Jones, owner of the franchise since 1989, who envisioned it as a large entertainment venue to host other events alongside Football, like Concerts, Rodeos, Motorsports, and professional wrestling. They set the record for NFL regular season game attendance in 2009 with a crowd of 105,121. This stadium replaced the partially covered Texas Stadium, which served as the Cowboys' home from 1971 through 2008.

The Dallas Cowboys' huge fanbase had a lot to cheer about in 2021-22, with Dak Prescott's return after returning from a compound fracture in his right ankle. The main question entering the season is how healthy and productive he could be after being out for a prolonged period.

Prescott quickly proved himself as the Cowboys took control of the NFC East. They finished the season with an excellent 12-5 record.

The next step for the Cowboys is to turn any regular-season success into playoff wins. Dallas has struggled to contend in the postseason, although there were signs of promise regarding young talent and the progression seen under head coach Mike McCarthy.

The Cowboys are poised to be frontrunners for the NFC East heading into the 2022-23 season. The roster has been boosted with nine picks in the 2022 NFL Draft. Whether or not Big D can take a step forward in the coming season for a deeper playoff run is anybody's guess, but things look favorable for another solid regular season.

The Dallas Cowboys hold many records accumulated in their long history, most impressively being the team with the most victories of any NFL team. The Cowboys also have the most enshrined players in the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the most retired jersey of any team. The Cowboys have also won nine NFL Championships, which includes one Super Bowl win in the modern era.

This will be their first season without offensive tackle La'el Collins, released to be signed with the Cincinnati Bengals.

They open this regular season visiting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Current lines have them as slight underdogs, with BetPhoenix listing the Cowboys at +2.5. The Cowboys Future Odds for Total Season Wins is listed for the season at 10.5.

How to Bet on the Dallas Cowboys

BetPhoenix.ag offers an exciting and highly lucrative way to follow and get the best Dallas Cowboys odds during the NFL season.

Placing your Dallas Cowboys bets on BetPhoenix thru the NFL football season can be a profitable and fun endeavor, particularly if you put in some time and research. This guide is just one of many helpful tools BetPhoenix offers to help you maximize your chances of winning when wagering on NFL games, from the preseason through the Super Bowl.

Dallas Cowboys Spreads

The points spread indicates the winning or losing margin. This is an example of a Dallas Cowboys Spreads line:

Team Points Spread Odds

Tampa Bay Buccaneers -2.5 -110

Dallas Cowboys +2.5 -110

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a -2.5 favorite against the Dallas Cowboys. That makes the Cowboys a +2.5 underdog. A small spread of 5 or fewer points means that the game is expected to be a close matchup, while a large spread of 6+ points means that the favorite is expected to perform much better than the underdog.

When betting on the Cowboys spreads, in this case, +2.5, those who wager on the underdog, in this case, the Dallas Cowboys spread, hope they win, or that they lose by a margin of points smaller than the point spread. If the spread is positive (+2.5), that team must win, or lose by less than seven points to cover it. On the other hand, to cash in on the Buccaneers Spread -2.5 as the favorite, the negative spread team must win by a margin greater than the spread.

· Buccaneers win by 3+ points: Buccaneers bettors win

· Buccaneers win by 1 or 2 points: Cowboys bettors win

· Cowboys win the game: Cowboys bettors win

A push is impossible because of the half-point on the .

There cannot be a push because of the Cowboys spread (.5) fractional point.

Dallas Cowboys Moneylines

The Cowboys Moneylines bet is the easiest and simplest bet in sports betting. You pick which side you expect will win the game. Negative odds are for favorites and positive for underdogs. Like the spread, a negative value indicates the favorite, and a positive value indicates an underdog. The Dallas Cowboys Moneyline is listed in BetPhoenix as follows:

Team Moneyline

Tampa Bay Buccaneers -130

Dallas Cowboys +110

Moneylines use American odds based on a $100 bet. The amount you win or lose varies depending on the event because the odds are adjusted based on each team's or player's skill. The larger the Moneyline numbers indicate a bigger favorite or more significant underdog in the game. Using this example, the Dallas Cowboys Moneyline would result as follows:

·  Buccaneers Moneyline: If you wagered to win $100 by betting on Tampa Bay Buccaneers -130, you would need to risk $130.

·  Cowboys Moneyline: For every $100 wagered on the Cowboys +110, you would receive $110 if Dallas wins the game.

Dallas Cowboys Over/Under Totals

The Cowboys Totals bet is an estimated projected final score based on how we envision the game will unfold from a scoring perspective. Cowboys Totals are expressed in an Over/Under set, in which you pick if you expect this result to be over or under this estimate. The total points take into account both teams' scorings. The Cowboys Over/Under Totals are listed in BetPhoenix as follows:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Dallas Cowboys Over/Under

· Total: 50

· Over odds: -110

· Under odds: -110

For every $1.10 risked on either option, you'd win $1.

Dallas Cowboys Parlays

Cowboys Parlays is a wager type in which two or more bets are linked together to form a single bet with a higher payout. However, for the bet to win, all selections must win.

Betphoenix will increase your Dallas Cowboys Parlays payout as you add more games to your parlay because winning becomes less likely as you add more teams. You can combine point spreads, moneylines, over/under, player props, and other wagers. You can choose between favorites and underdogs.

Let's say you believe the Dallas Cowboys Spread (+2.5) and the Under (50) will cover their spreads. You may add a couple more plays to the parlay, like the Pittsburg Steelers +7 over the Cincinnati Bengals and the over (44.5) on that game. You can parlay them together on a 4-team Cowboys Parlay, risking $100 for a payout of about 11 times your bet instead of risking $100 to bet on each separately (and earning close to $1130 if all four picks are winners).

· Cowboys Spread covers, Cowboys over/under covers, Steelers Spread covers, and the Steelers over/under covers. All bets cover: Win $1228.33

· Cowboys Spread doesn't cover, Cowboys over/under covers, Steelers Spread covers, and the Steelers over/under covers. Loss: -$100

· Cowboys Spread covers, Cowboys over/under doesn't cover, Steelers Spread covers, and the Steelers over/under covers. Loss: -$100

· Cowboys Spread covers, Cowboys over/under covers, Steelers spread pushes, and the Steelers over/under covers. The push is canceled, and it becomes a 3-team parlay: Win $595.79

· Cowboys Spread covers, Cowboys over/under covers, Steelers Spread doesn't, and the Steelers over/under covers. Loss: -$100

· Cowboys Spread covers, Cowboys over/under covers, Steelers Spread covers, and the Steelers over/under doesn't cover. Loss: -$100

Any lost pick within the parlay selection constitutes a loss.

Dallas Cowboys Teasers

Like Parlays, Dallas Cowboys Teasers combine separate lines but adjust the point spreads to be more in your favor. Like a parlay, you need all your lines to hit in order to win your ticket; however, you can adjust the preset point spread or total lines to lower your risk.

Cowboys Teasers often start at 6 points and can go up to 6.5 and 7 points. The most common Teaser is the two team 6 points that pay the same as a regular -110 wager.

However, placing a Cowboys Teaser comes at a cost. Since teasers move the line so favorably in the direction of your choice, you are minimizing risk but also minimizing payout opportunities. Based on the Cowboys spread +2.5 and Cowboys total Over 50, a 7-point 2-team teaser would be as follows:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Dallas Cowboys

· Original Cowboys spread +2.5 with a 50 Cowboys Over/Under

· New adjusted like Cowboys spread +9.5 with a new over 43 for the Cowboys Over/Under

The Cowboys odds were originally a +2.5 point underdog against the Buccaneers with a Total of 50. In a hypothetical case of the Cowboys losing 26-18 (+8/44), the Cowboys odds and Over failed to cover the original spreads but would have covered and won with the 2-team 7-point Teaser; they would cover the new +9.5 point spread and the over 43 points.

Dallas Cowboys Prop Bets

It's fun to bet on the outcome of Cowboys games, but there are other ways to get involved. NFL Prop bets are one of the most exciting and common ways to do this. A single game or the entire season can serve as the inspiration for a prop.

Cowboys Prop Bets include season-long possibilities like who will have the most rushing yards, the most touchdowns, and who will be named MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, or even Super Bowl MVP.

You can access the available props for a game by clicking on the Live Lines Odds listing. There are lots of different props options to explore and choose from, including:

  1. Quarterback Intercepted Passes (Over/Under)
  2. Will the Cowboys score in the first 7 minutes? (Yes/No)
  3. How many turnovers will the Cowboys defense force?

The Cowboys Props bets odds can vary, and more options may be available as the season progresses. Take the time to keep checking Betphoenix.ag available props selections all year long to find what you want and get more bang for the buck on your winning bets.

These are just a few examples. NFL props can be numerous and even exceed 300 props for the Super Bowl.

Dallas Cowboys Futures Odds

You can obtain better odds and a greater chance of winning while reducing your risk by betting on futures, which allow you to choose winners and recipients of various NFL awards and honors in advance. The best odds on futures are typically found in the offseason before the regular season has even begun. This makes picking a winner for the Super Bowl or Most Valuable Player award before the season has even started all the more exciting.

• Cowboys Odds To Win The NFC: +1200

• Cowboys Odds to Win the Super Bowl: +3500

Dallas Cowboys Odds To Win the NFC East

Based on what the Betphoenix Cowboys Futures odds suggest, the Cowboys are listed as second favorites to win the NFC East, narrowly behind the Philadelphia Eagles and outpacing the Washington Commanders and the New York Giants by a wide margin. Dallas is an excellent pick to win the division, given a blank slate. However, there's a good chance those odds jump higher, with the Eagles drawing relatively easy matchups against the Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, and Jacksonville Jaguars at the start of the season.

The Cowboys Odds are +350 to win the NFC East.

Dallas Cowboys Odds To Win the NFC Championship

The Dallas Cowboys odds to win the NFC place them at the back of the upper-tier cluster of teams, behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Green Bay Packers, Los Angeles Rams, and San Francisco 49ers, but well above the rest of the list.

The Cowboys Odds are +1200 to win the NFC Championship.

Dallas Cowboys Odds To Win the Super Bowl

Dallas is listed alongside the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers to win this Super Bowl, only trailing the aforementioned NFC rivals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Green Bay PackersLos Angeles Rams, and San Francisco 49ers, plus the AFC favorites Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs. While a Cowboys' title seems relatively conceivable, the squad led by Dak Prescott hasn't given any reason to consider them as of yet.

The Cowboys Super Bowl Odds are +3500. Check out our current Super Bowl Odds.

Dallas Cowboys 2021-2022 Season Recap

The 2021-200 season was the Dallas Cowboys' 62nd season in the NFL, the 33rd under the ownership of Jerry Wayne Jones, and the thirteenth at the AT&T Stadium.

For the first time since 2004, long-time long snapper L. P. Ladouceur was not on the opening day roster, as he was not re-signed during free agency. This is also the first season without veteran punter Chris Jones, released in the offseason. More notable departures include defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford and linebacker Sean Lee, who announced their retirement.

With their win against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10, the Cowboys improved their previous season record of 6-10. And with their win against the Washington Football Team in Week 14, the Dallas Cowboys guaranteed their first winning campaign since 2018. San Francisco 49ers' loss to the Tennessee Titans in Week 16 clinched the Cowboys' first playoff berth since 2018. Additionally, Las Vegas Raiders' victory against the Denver Broncos guaranteed the NFC East title for Dallas thanks to tiebreakers. This was their first division title since also 2018. They swept their NFC East rivals for the first time since 1998. Their strong offense finished the season with the most points in the league, with 530. But despite the high expectations, the Cowboys lost in the wild-card round game to the 49ers. During the regular season, the Cowboys scored 20 or more points in all but two regular season games.
